Right to privacy :

What it means

Right to privacy is part of right to life under article 21 (case law 1975)

There is also article 14 of Universal Law of human Rights 1978

Privacy and right to dignity are also interlinked

1 Freedom of movement

2 Right to secrecy of home , family,  and personal matters including assets

3 Right to dignity

4 Right to liberty

5 Confidentiality of personal data 

6 Protection against bullying , threats,  restrictions and confinement

7 Right to food and shelter for survival

8 Right to defend against body , mental or reputation injury or gender harrasment

These can be only infringed by due process of law when required genuinely,by State।
