These were passed In June in a hurry and surreptiously under cover of corona।There was no emergency। At outset agriculture is state subject except for foodstuff including edible oils। Hence the acts are illegal Fवirst of all, the three acts are totally superfluous and unneccessary since various provisions are already in practice including inter state movement.Not only this , commodity exchanges are functioning since last 12 years.Also electronic information system and e-chaupals are also going on since 20 years.There was no need to bring these acts for this all। What are objectionabe in these acts ? 1.
