All the three Farm Laws are unnecessary, invalid and harmful

We have gone through the three controversial laws passed in name of reforms, carefully and unbiased! 

These were passed In June in a hurry and surreptiously under cover of corona।There was no emergency।

At outset agriculture is state subject except for foodstuff including edible oils।

Hence the acts are illegal

Fवirst of all, the three acts are totally superfluous and unneccessary since various provisions are already in practice including inter state movement.Not only this , commodity exchanges are functioning since last 12 years.Also electronic information system and e-chaupals are also going on since 20 years.There was no need to bring these acts for this all।

What are objectionabe in these acts ?

1. The first Bill on farmers produce is ultravires of constitution as in whole Act there is only Central government word mentioned which is wrong since agriculture and legal redressal both are State subjects.Modi is trying to centralise farms trade and laws under his office and help his friends who finance his possible malpractices in elections, It appears to us.This act should have been scrapped by Supreme court, in very first hearing

2 The Civil courts have been taken out , which again is fundamentally wrong as in no law , courts jurisdiction  can be removed from judicial system.It is absurd।

Of course arbitration can be provided by SDM as a first step.

3.What Modi govt is trying to do is give formal shape to corporate baniya gangs dealing in farming indirectly by purchase /cultivation contracts on their terms as of now and We suspect another act is going to come soon that willl force farmers to consolidate their neighboring farms to make it cooperative farming under these corporate bigwigs or even buy land at arbitrary prices. They will be reduced to labourers in their own land.This is very serious issue and unconstitutional.It may put 10 crore people and families on roads.

4. The second act regarding contracts is vague and useless and wholly unneccessary . Also only  babus will solve dispute  is again illegal. We wonder how other ministers in BJP can accept such things .Are they Indians or pakistani or americans or traitors? Our MPs have cheated electorate।

Under Indian contracts act, any one can make contracts. In fact Nestle ITC McDonalds Patanjali Vardhaman Amul etc are already having contract farming  from farmers for good quality stuff.These have to be enforced by courts ,not babus .Though Govt can always create an executive arbitration body as First stage within Tehsil level itself since farmer cant move far.

There is no binding of paying on the spot for produce.What is happening in case of cotton and sugar cane people know , and it will happen here.

Farmer cant demand money but trader can wow!

The period of contract provided is one crop season, extendable to 5 years and also beyond, if the crop is of longer period.Here is the catch.This is absurd.Contract is always for a qty to deliver , not period. losses should be born by trader not farmer. It is for farmer to decide. But since small adhatiyas and private traders will be thrown out by corporate soon , farmer will have no other place but to sell to adani ambani type bigwigs.It is happening in kashmir apple।

There is no mention that land of farmer will always remain property and deemed to be in possession of farmer and he can rescind contract mid way and can remove Trader from farm instantly, by 7 days verbal notice.And throw them out if deny. So land will be grabbed by creating disputes.Farmers cant fight corporates . Those having holding less than 10 acres are vulnerable. They are actually targets of whole master plan.

5 Govt has already made farms producers organisatins (FPOs ) at local levels in thousands in country as preparatory work and these will be slowly pushed towards ambani adani types. it is just matter of 2 years. wait.Ofcoure politicians too will enter this loot business of annual 30 lakh crores and margin will be 100 to 500%.

6 Governments only buy 7% maximum from farmers and hence msp benefit to large farmers only ।. 93% any way is sold to private parties under cutting MSP , so what is need for these acts ? No MSP legality has been introduced for private operators.So where is the need of these acts.And what about MRP for consumers ?

Idea is to reduce govt procurement even to Nil in few years and leave farmer to mercy of hoarders and speculators .They will loot both farmers and consumers . Here role of Adani Ambani types can be visualised specially as they have already made  31 companies and hundreds of large stores are under construction.

The next wave of acts will finish farmers. FCI can ofcourse be privatised with 51% govt control.No objection to that.They are corrupt and wasteful. 

7. The amendement in essential commondities act is most dangerous for consumers and farmers both .Few big hoarders will buy all stuff like it happened in Pulses when modi came (2015 remember?), through Fortune Co ,owned by Adani and Ors.These few guys bought dal in lacs of tons from market at 50 Rs to 80 Rs then it was sold upto 230 Rs by retailers.Here is alarming bell for entire middle class, who are acting deaf and blind as of now. 

Be ready for Prices like :

Milk 100 Rs litre

Wheat flour 90 Rs a Kg

dal 150 to 200 Rs a kg

Vegetables 120 to 180 Rs Kg and fruit 200 Rs kg

Idea is to deprive large population from eating nutritional food.Middle class will be skinned , who are acting dumb now .And enjoying farmers struggle.It will come to them only.

Lower class will anyway get food through PDS. Slowly PDS will go।

50 crores urban middle class will be target to exploitation .

Why hoarding limits have been removed in ESMA? The hoarders are officially allowed to hoard and raise price till double of price of previous year . So they Just stop short of 100% rise say at 90% and you have fun . So every year prices can rise by 90% of previous year.Wake up Middle class. Dont act oversmart and deaf. This third act amending ESMA coupled with first bill clearly shows intention of this baniya govt to loot farms sector and grab farm lands.It is clear sign of slipping farming into corporate hands within next 5 years

Not only farmers but entire middle class should join protests. We suspect more acts will come to finish the master plan of loot sooner than latter.

May be in 2-3 years. And definitely immediately after 2024 elections. This party has to go out now. In this period adani ambani types will spread their tantacles everywhere to get ready for big kill.

Neither MSP not MRP are defined and provided legally for all cereals, vegetable and fruit. Govt does not talk of irrigation improvement ,high cost of diesel, power ,seeds and fertilisers.Its aim is to remove subsidies and let baniyas rule market .Even USA Canada UK Holland Australia all give billions of dollars to farm sector .It is must and has to be continued.Farmer must have assured income of 20000 rs per acre per year.Any loss should be paid by State.So farmer income guarantee act was required not these acts.

Insurance in name of crop is big fraud by pvt companies . The offices are not available every where .Farmer can't go 200 km several times.It is loot going on .Premium is deducted from bank account directly. Jandhan accounts were opened as first step to do organised loot .Is not it? if a trader has dispute with farmer , sdm will order money taken from farmer's jandhan account under land revenue arrears act and given to trader. Got it ?It is a master plan prepared even before 2014.

Govt should scrap all three acts and apologise to nation for big attempted loot plan . It is time middle class wakes up. Time to show door to Modi govt and his pals. He is any way only renaming old congress schemes and working under guidance of his A&A associates and some MNCs।
