EVM tampering issue .Is it possible

Evm they say has many loopholes where tampering is possible.

If they are made in govt factory why tampering cant be done in central govt PSU ?
Evm being microprocessor chip can be influenced by low frequency wave as some experts opine.

Even Mr Trump objected to use of evm in some states .

Vvpat is most vulnerable as it is attached to evm and programmed by computer technicians to feed candidate data.it may be possible that at this time some thing can be done
Evm itself can come pre programmed .
In evening after close data are sent to a Central server via phone line. Tampering can be possible at that stage .

Finally booth capturing like in case of ballot papers in small areas is possible as it had happened in past.
So election commission may rule out any loopholes in system.

Step by step
Needless to say in one constituency even 2 or 3 evms get effected results may change.it has happened in many cases that margin of win was lower than 2000 votes.
