Where all the charity goes

 Globally every one seems to be doing charity and uplifting poor & deprived, training of people , but poor are increasing only।I am unable make out mechanism and theory behind this phenomena।Where all this charity going ? is it circulating of loot money from one to other rich and avoid taxes too

This is in addition to all welfare schemes run by State from tax money।

The lavish way politicians live and spend is astonishing and abuse of peoples power and money।
