Haryana Government recently notified that now onwards 75% haryana domiciled will get jobs including private sector for upto 50000 PM jobs।

For vote banks dangerous trend is being set।Though it is going on unofficially in south india and few eastern states।

I faced this hatred in Assam from locals in 1974।

The fault lies with state governments।

Based on my personal experience in most private sector already 80% workers were from so called sc st obc categories

The general or upper class mostly worked in office and higher managerial position

so what politicians want।Like IAS they want reservations in top positions in private sector without zero risk।

same is with this regional and local reservations।we are working against free labour market  and movement

it is competition 

company has right to hire best and cheapest employees like  bihar workers hired by punjab farmers or by mumbai firms।

society cant run by quotas ।

It will hit business and consumers badly and global competitiveness।

It is time Indians come out of this mindset and british protest mode।
