Why 80% are poor and weak in society
80–20 is famous rule of productivity and wealth distribution in societies, since ages. It also applies to natural events. 80% revenue comes from 20% people and vice a versa. 20% people actually work at peak and rest 80% are low productivity persons in any organizations, specially the government . The lazy and cunning economists have developed economics models with absurd theories.
More the economy engine works, more poor are generated. The more the producer is far from market, lesser is his margin. For example farmer and miner. More closer the product maker is to customer and uses glamour, finish and branding, more margin he extracts . For example, tomato that sells in farm to the middle man at Rs 4 , sells finally at 30 Rs to 50 Rs in retail to urban consumer ( India) .
This economic engine has to be redesigned. In any society roughly 3% would be civil servants including army and politicians who pay themselves hefty salaries and perks and waste money. Roughly 1–2% are big businessmen and industrialists and land lords who extract their own pound of flesh in connivance with politicians and corrupt civil servants . Roughly 2% are working as agents, brokers and middlemen. About 8 to 10% would be organized sector employees who are paid much more than an average citizen.
What is shocking common mans money is pooled and given to hoarders ,thieves and criminals by banks and stock markets।This money sucks profits to advantage of corrupt promoters only।
Most societies would have 20–30% real unemployment, or under employment or part time casual jobs.
There are not many jobs in rural areas too. The distribution of services and products is not equitable and well organized in society and it is not possible either. Hence A true welfare state and honest businesses and governments don’t exist though all promise you to take to moon.
It is market system and consumerism today. Products are created and then the needs generated.
Take corona vaccine . No one knows if it is natural or man made or intentional. But a long time annual market of billion dollars have been opened. It is just a recent case.
Due to this lack of opportunities , resources, education of same level as available to these upper 10% there are cartels and groups in society of powerful and rich who run this economic engine and generate more poverty , since taxes , profits increase but common resources decrease.
Banking is the villain number 1 to coordinate this unequal distribution. Bankers are wealthiest followed by land mafia, pharma and defense. Wars are created . Hundreds and thousands die every year by disease and fake wars of no goal. Use of religion and faiths to kill is worst inhuman act never by god’s desire , but is out of satanic mind .Religion itself is a big business contributing little value.
Taxes are paid by less than 30% persons and then the rent seekers and lastly poor get their share which is inadequate. In many professions despite working hard you don’t get income. Education and IQ level is also factor . In such circumstances there is bound to be a state of haves and have nots. Winners and loosers. Rich and poor. In most societies you will see 2 to 3% super rich , 10 to 15 % their proximate associates and employees and 70–80% will suffer . Unless model is radically changed and concept of welfare state is restored and limit on wealth one can accumulate is fixed. In any society urban cities are lability on majority of rural areas and their natural resources and their hard labor. People in villages don’t get power generated in dams around them, but enjoyed by upper middle class and rich in big cities. What is their contribution? In name of science and development, useless and glamour products are created that are burden on poor and lower middle class , for example cosmetics and Miss world type pageants. It is impossible to distribute services and goods fairly and equitably in any society .Yes, some small and well managed countries having high national character do better, like Switzerland
