 Family court cases are one of most common and prolific cases coming to ngos and family courts to work out solution and save families and children upbringing .

The rising cases are seen in metro cities due to changing demographic profiles, nuclear families and working women .

Hence role of these special courts is to create fast track approach .

If civil matters are settled undelayed the criminal route won't be followed by people

Our forum has been playing role in sensitising law commission  politicians and bar councils for judicial reforms .Even js mallimath committee report is not even half implemented .There is shortage of 15000 judicial officers in district and below courts .

See what Delhi court said on family courts yesterday 

The Delhi High Court has observed that the family courts are expected to act with due application of mind without being hyper technical, having a litigant friendly approach.

Justice Vipin Sanghi and Justice Jasmeet Singh observed thus:

"The Family Court is obliged to function so as to relieve the parties of the suffering that they are going through on account of matrimonial disputes. It is expected to act with due application of mind and without being hypertechnical about matters brought before it. The Family Court should have a litigant friendly approach, and function in the spirit of helping parties resolve their disputes – either mutually, or through the Courts determination."
